JoeMittens is owned and operated by Aztec Slim, located at 3843 Barrington St., APT 240, San Antonio, TX 78217. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these terms.

2. Use of this site

This website is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You may not use joemittens.com for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with any other party's use of it.

3. Products and orders

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability — in the rare event an item is unavailable after purchase, we will contact you and issue a full refund.

Product descriptions, including tasting notes and roast profiles, are provided in good faith. Minor variation between bags and batches is inherent to small-batch, single-origin roasting.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely through Shopify's checkout. JoeMittens does not store payment card information.

5. Shipping

We ship within the United States. Orders are roasted the day after they are placed and ship USPS, UPS, or FedEx.  Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by JoeMittens. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or events outside our control.

6. Returns and refunds

All sales are final. Please review our full [Return & Refund Policy] for details on damaged items, lost shipments, and order errors.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JoeMittens and Aztec Slim are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

8. Intellectual property

All content on joemittens.com — including product descriptions, photography, copy, and the JoeMittens name and logo — is the property of Aztec Slim and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

9. Privacy

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bexar County, Texas.
